從今天中午開始，外面就一直雷霆暴雨。東方餘悠跟她的輔導(tutor)請了假，自己在宿舍學習。

門突然開了，Lily從外面狼狽地沖進來，手裡拿着一隻球拍。

東方餘悠：“Where have you been? It's raining cats and dogs!（你去哪兒了，外面下刀子似的？）”

Lil噗嗤一聲笑了：“Raining cats and dogs? Who taught you that?（下刀子？誰教你的？）”

東方餘悠：“I just think it's interesting, don't you?（我覺得挺有意思的，你不覺得嗎？）”

Lily：“Kind of,（有一點兒吧）” 說着，Lily把手裡的球拍遞給她，“You play tennis?（你打網球？）”

東方餘悠一臉疑惑：“No? Why?（不啊？為什麼？）”

Lily：“Well, Jayden asked me to give this to you.（Jayden讓我把它給你）”

東方餘悠半信半疑地接過球拍，拿在手裡仔細地看了看。

Lily: “I don't think it's a bad thing...（我不覺得是件壞事...）”

東方餘悠；“what？（什麼？）”

Lily ：“Playing tennis. We know you are going through some hardship. It's not easy, you are here by yourself, all alone. Sports can help.（打網球。我們知道你很難。這不容易，你自己一個人在這兒。運動可以幫到你。）”

東方餘悠：“Yeah...（嗯...）” 東方餘悠擺弄着手裡的球拍，思緒還沒有從中走出來。

Lily：“So are you gonna play? He said he's gonna be at East Meadow Court this Saturday.（所以你要打嗎？Jayden說他周六會在East Meadow球場。）”

東方餘悠擡起頭看着Lily，不知道該說什麼，她還沒做好決定。她很想去，但卻不知道因為什麼在猶豫。

Lily：“You know you better take a good advantage of him, he's good. He was world junior number 1 or something when he was 16. （你知道你最好好好占占他便宜，他還挺厲害的。他16歲的時候好像是青少年世界第一還是什麼的。）”
